If you have ordered from www.scorkl.com (which is the ONLY place the the SCORKL is available for purchase) you will be able to use the "Track and manage my orders" link to see your order information and delivery tracking details. Order information will be available immediately after purchase, however please note that delivery tracking information may take up to 7 days to become available.

If after inputting your details (email, SMS or Order Number) via the "Track and manager my orders" link your order is not showing up, we have NOT received an order from you. You may have unwittingly ordered from a scam site (one of the persistent scam sites, for example, is called "SNRKL"). 

The "Track and manage my orders" link is the fastest way to confirm whether or not we have an order from you, however, please also note the following in confirming whether or not you have ordered a SCORKL:

- the correct spelling of SCORKL and that the SCORKL is available only from www.scorkl.com
(scam sites are often spelled similarly but will be different to the above)

- our pricelist, available at https://scorkl.com/collections/all (scam sites usually sell at much cheaper rates)

- that all correspondence from us will only ever come from support@scorkl.com (again, note the spelling)

If you have ordered from a scam site you will need to contact your bank or credit card provider immediately to request a "chargeback" to have your funds returned. There is unfortunately not much we can do for you at our end.

If you have indeed been a victim of one of the scam sites please nevertheless feel free to leave your details on our contact form along with any information about the scam site that you may have collected. It will help us have the sites taken down and we will look after you as best we can in any of your future SCORKL purchases.
