Every SCORKL product comes with a one year manufacturer warranty.
In order to process the claim, please send a short video (15 seconds or less) showing and explaining the problem to [email protected].
It’s easiest to diagnose problems when the product is in water. Alternatively, you can put liquid soap onto your SCORKL at the site of the leak.
If we can’t fix the problem, and your SCORKL is within the warranty period, we’ll send you a replacement part.
