How do I care for my SCORKL Hand Pump?Updated a year ago

If possible, use your hand pump in low humidity environments. This will improve its longevity and the performance of the air filters. 

The pump may become harder to operate after prolonged use. This can be caused by lack of lubrication or previous lubrication causing adhesiveness on the seals and rod.

It is recommended that the pump is occasionally cleaned and lubricated. Lubrication should be applied on a small scale onto the pump rod and then pumped a few strokes. Use ONLY food- grade, high pressure environment-appropriate silicon lubricant to lubricate your hand pump. NEVER use petroleum-based lubricant. 

Do not attempt to repair the hand pump yourself. Unauthorised repairs or tampering are hazardous and will void your one-year manufacturer’s warranty.
