How do I get defective SCORKL equipment replaced?Updated 2 months ago

Every SCORKL product comes with a one year manufacturer warranty. 

In order to process the claim, please send a short video (15 seconds or less) showing and explaining the problem to [email protected]. If you are experiencing a leak please show the product in water, or with liquid dish soap applied at the site of the problem, so we can see the leak too.

If we can’t fix the problem, and your SCORKL is within the warranty period, we’ll send you a replacement part.
