What do I do if my SCORKL order is missing?Updated a year ago

We’re sorry you’re having trouble receiving your SCORKL order. First, please check your email for a purchase confirmation email from us at [email protected]. We send every customer a confirmation email immediately after their purchase is placed. If you don't have an email from us, it's unfortunately possible that you've purchased from a scam account pretending to be us. Please contact your bank or credit card immediately to report the fraudulent charge and try to recuperate your money. (We are working tirelessly to get these scam accounts removed. If you notice one, please report it to us.)


Have a confirmation email from [email protected] but your package hasn't arrived after 10 days?

If you have a confirmation email from us ([email protected]), you will also receive an email with a link to track your order once it is ready to leave our international distribution hub. Please check your email for notifications from your carrier and from your country’s local customs office. If you’re still having trouble, please send your name, order number and address to [email protected] and we will investigate with our logistics partner and get back to you with more information as soon as we can.
